este es el contenido de mi display manager ...en ninguna parte aparece para cambiar el display manager xorg por glx .....que hago (DISPLAYMANAGER_XSERVER="Xgl") esta linea no aparece ...cabe notar que tengo suse 10.1 en un athlon 64 2800 y una aceleradora nvidia fx 5200
que me falta ... donde puedo pillar la linea que me falta ...tengo todo instalado ..compiz drivers propietarios ,etc ...

Hazlo con el Yast
Está en Sistema -> editor para los archivos sysconfig, allí en"Other - etc - sysconfig - displaymanager.

Allí verás la línea de configuración que buscas.

problema solucionado.........era tan facil como instalar xgl desde yast y ahora aparecio la linea que buscaba ...corri glx y.......fue muy bonito hasta que me di cuenta que no tenia las barras de las ventanas .....que paso? ..y yo que queria el efecto wooby pero sin las barras ...desde donde tomo las ventanas ......alguien sabe que paso ? porque se van las barras ...sera normal??..
