pues despues de un rato de no estar conectado, vuelvo a las andadas.
el problema es el siguiente. en el trabajo tengo una pc lanix, a la cual le instale ubuntu, despues comprobe que la tarjeta grafica intel tiene aceleracion grafica activada y tambien se ven los engranes en movimiento.
instale compiz con esta guia:

termine la instalacion y lo quise ejecutar en consola y me marca esto.

bueno despues de esto agregue a compiz para que iniciara desde inicio y pues nada que no inicia.
alguien sabe por que no inicia o que problema sera.
