cambiar color texto theme

pues quiero modificar el colo del texto del menu, pero no se en que parte tengo que cambiarlo, el theme es este

pues tienes que jugar con los colores en estos dos

fg_color:#333
text_color:#1A1A1A

esos dos son los que se refieren al texto, creo que para el menu es el de text_color aunque ahora no estoy muy seguro, cambias esos colores en hexadecimal que te pone ahi por los que tu quieras
cuantos menos iconos mejor....

hola,gracias por contestar, alfinal pude cambiarlo con el gnome color choose (recomendado) el problema que tengo ahora es el de no poder cambiar las fonts, el theme usa unas propias y soy incapaz de cambiarlas

pues que raro tendrias que poder cambiarlas desde el propio selector de fuentes de gnome, generalmente los temas solo traen los colores, no puedes especificar una fuente en ellos creo
cuantos menos iconos mejor....
