Gracias por responder, antes había intentado cambiar el tamaño del panel superior como me dijiste hasta había puesto 16 pixeles y aún así ni cambia. Los iconos, me refería a los del panel superior, no sé si por el tamaño que tienen es que el panel no cambia de tamaño xD
Puede ser que esto suceda por la resolución que tengo? es de 800x600 y es grande, otra opción que me da es una resolución es de 640x480 y es más gigante, y no hay ninguna más, no sé cómo poner una resolución más de 1000 aunque como digo no sé si esto influye.
Cuando intenté cambiar la resolución buscando aquí y por otras tierras encontré que tenía que ejecutar
